Production Process
Generally, there are three step in our thread manufacturing process as pictured below :
Doubling
Combine two, three, or more strands of yarn to improve uniformity, tenacity, abrasion resistance, and flexual endurance.
Twisting
Multi-plied yarn from doubling is twisted with certain number of twist.
Winding
Finishing process in which bobbin yarn is transferred to a convenient form of yarn package (cones, tube, kingspool, etc..).
